Based on this job description, the main responsibilites of a CRM manager is to make profit to the company ,to fulfill the customer Need and want by pull marketing.To help the company get to maximum profit ,by manage the good internal operational between colleague with even logal or different regional and set up a good information system and program for the customer . To analysis Different behavior of customer ,to discriminate which is the most profitable target customer !



There are many part of work will involve in-depth or hands-on knowledge of information technology.To manage all consumer focused efforts including development of consumer database, work with regional analytics team. That need to set up a good Busines information system(CRM system),that is a system that can entry all the customer Information and the exiting and new buying activities ! The data only need to Entry once time only,and all the staff in different regional and
Department can see the data of the customer ,it can help the CRM manager can
Help the staff to increase their productivity and upselling . The CRM also help to analysis the behavior of the customer,Who is the more profit customer , to integrate product marketing activities with consumer lifecycle programs as an integrated consumer calendar by using the customer Lifetime Value of CRM system.
